Rescheduling Ticket Dates

Starting in the 2025/2026 season, customers may now reschedule their own ticket dates by logging into the shop.tyrolbasin.com website!

To start, navigate to shop.tyrolbasin.com/account and log in with the email address you used to place the order.

On theĀ Upcoming Visits tab, select the "Reschedule" checkbox next to the ticket you would like to reschedule, then click "Reschedule Items."

Select the date and time you would like to reschedule to.

Generally, you may not reschedule to a different ticket type (for example, from a half-day ticket to an all-day ticket) or after the visit date has passed. In these instances, please email tickets@tyrolbasin.com.

After you have selected the date and time slot you would like to move the ticket to, please proceed to fill in your credit card details (if the cost of the new ticket is higher than the current on purchased), then complete the reschedule.
